Job summary

Topgear Consultants is hiring a BIM Architect/Modeler to develop architectural BIM models and detailed drawings using Revit. You will coordinate with Structural and MEP teams to ensure clash-free execution and maintain models per ISO 19650 standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years experience with AutoCAD and Revit, and are proficient in Navisworks, BIM 360/AC Cloud, Lumion/Enscape, and MS Office. On-site role with full benefits in India.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in AutoCAD and Revit.
• ISO 19650 and project standards knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify architectural 3D BIM models and detailed drawings using Revit.
• Prepare construction drawings, plans, elevations, sections and detailing.
• Coordinate with Structural and MEP teams to ensure clash-free project execution.
• Maintain BIM models in compliance with ISO 19650 and project standards.
• Generate schedules, quantity take-offs, and project documentation from Revit models.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, Lumion/Enscape and MS Office is required.
