Job summary

Notion Press, India’s largest book publishing platform, seeks a driven professional to support authors after publication, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will guide authors in marketing, monitor campaign performance and sales, and serve as the main contact for author concerns, building long-term relationships and expanding Notion Press services.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in any industry; customer-facing experience is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with many people daily.
• Proficient in English; a second language is a plus.
• Able to work both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with authors, ensuring they feel supported post-publication.
• Guide authors in their marketing and promotional efforts, aligning with their goals.
• Monitor marketing campaign effectiveness and book sales, providing authors with actionable steps for improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for any author concerns, addressing them promptly and efficiently.
• Foster long-term relationships with authors, encouraging ongoing engagement with Notion Press services.
