Job description

1. Auction Management & Execution

• Schedule and initiate daily auctions on the platform as per the trading calendar.
• Monitor bidding activity in real time and ensure smooth execution of auctions.
• Conduct auction-related settlements, including fund and commodity pay-ins and payouts.

2. Customer Support & Member Servicing

• Serve as a frontline contact for auction participants, handling queries via email and phone.
• Perform physical verification of KYC documents and onboard new members in the system.
• Manage customer communications including auction intimation, schedule updates, and service alerts.

3. System & Data Management

• Perform data entry and system updates related to members, auction parameters, and commodities.
• Update and maintain masters such as commodity list, trading calendar, membership segments, etc.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data captured in the CRM and internal systems.

4. Inter-Departmental Coordination

• Liaise with business development, compliance, and technology teams for auction setup and system enhancements.
• Escalate and follow up on system issues or requests for customization.

5. Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to auction performance and settlement.
• Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and internal control processes.
