Consult Asia is seeking an experienced Atlassian Administrator to manage Jira and Confluence, customize workflows, and handle plugins across enterprise environments.

The role covers user access control, ticket resolution in the service portal, scripting/automation tasks, performance optimization, and end-user training to enable productive use of Atlassian tools.

Qualificações

• Experience administering Atlassian solutions including Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to customize workflows and manage plugins.
• Exposure to Jira Service Management (JSM) and scripting.
• Understanding of database concepts for admin tasks.
• Ability to support enterprise users and manage large toolsets.
