Job summary

Consult Asia is seeking an experienced Atlassian Administrator to support Jira and Confluence environments. The role involves administering Jira/Confluence, customizing workflows, managing plugins, and handling user access in a large enterprise setup.

You will perform scripting/automation, troubleshoot performance, resolve service portal tickets, and train users to maximize tool adoption and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Atlassian admin roles.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence administration.
• Exposure to Jira Service Management is a plus.
