Job summary

JobItUs in Gujarat seeks an Asst. Manager - Store to lead daily store operations, oversee RM/PM/FG inventory, and ensure accurate receiving, storage and dispatch according to SOPs. The role requires 4–5 years of experience in FMCG warehousing.

You'll work with Purchase, Production, Quality and Logistics, perform regular stock verifications and cycle counts, maintain ERP/SAP records, and supervise staff to maintain 5S and stock integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of FMCG warehouse & store operations.
• Stock materials: Raw, Packaging, Finished Goods.
• Experience in inventory management and stock control.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and batch management.
• Hands-on ERP / SAP / WMS experience.
• Handling GRN, material requisition and stock transfers.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including RM, PM and FG inventory.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, material issue and dispatch as per SOPs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP and ensure stock accuracy.
• Monitor FIFO/FEFO, batch-wise inventory and expiry control.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Logistics departments.
• Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure proper warehouse housekeeping, safety and 5S practices.
• Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
• Supervise store staff and allocate daily work responsibilities.
• Prepare inventory, stock movement and other MIS reports for management.
