Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. in Mumbai seeks an experienced production supervisor to monitor daily targets on the assembly line, manage priorities and ensure timely production.

You will uphold MOST guidelines, focus on quality, safety and productivity, and drive Kaizens and improvements projects across shifts.

Candidates should have 3–7 years in manufacturing with mechanical/ automobile background and familiarity with 5S, QDMS and audit closures.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in manufacturing/assembly.
• Experience with quality management systems (QDMS) and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day targets and manage production priorities.
• Ensure production in assembly line per MOST guidelines with work allotment.
• Adhere to production schedule.
• Ensure vehicle quality, productivity, safety, and drive improvements through Kaizens.& Improvements projects.
• Address internal/external customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Close MQA audits, RFI audits, and Safety Audit observations promptly.
• Adhere to QMS, QDMS, and 5S standards.
• Identify scope for continual improvement in JH & 5S and maintain safety at work.
• Timely disposal of non-conforming parts & scrap.
• Work in all shifts – 1st and 2nd.
