Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electrical/ Electronics Engineer to drive productivity on the assembly line and lead cost-reduction initiatives.

The role requires hands-on manufacturing experience with expertise in PQCDSM metrics and cross-functional coordination across internal teams and vendors. Ideal candidates will have a BE or BTech in Electrical and Electronics with 3-7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing settings, and a track record of delivering results in

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics.
• Experience: 3-7 years in manufacturing engineering or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Improve line productivity and reduce costs through effective managment and process improvements.
• Drive cost reduction including scrap, consumables, and manpower.
• Plan and monitor departmental budgets and performance metrics (PQCDSM).
• Lead assembly/manufacturing team to achieve PQCDSM targets.
• Ensure on-time delivery of products according to plan.
• Coordinate with internal/external departments and vendors for improvements.
• Support new product establishment and mass production readiness.
