Job summary

Troikaa Pharmaceuticals in Dehradun seeks a proactive professional to oversee projects and facility maintenance activities. The role involves maintaining records for preventive, breakdown, predictive and corrective maintenance and training staff on SOPs.

You will work with QMS processes, deviations, RCA, change control, risk assessments, and CAPA to ensure compliance. The position includes AMC performance reviews and QA observations, plus monitoring water, HVAC and plant machinery.

Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of projects, facility maintenance activities.
• Review preventive, breakdown, predictive, corrective maintenance records.
• SOP training of all staff members.
• QMS, deviation, RCA, change control, impact assessment, risk assessment, quality risk management, SOP revision, CAPA.
• Performance review of AMC and renewals.
• Evaluation of QA observations.
• Monitoring of water system, HVAC, utilities, plant machinery.
• Calibration policy.
• Handle plant/machinery related observations.
