Job summary

KP Group stores supervisor role overseeing inventory, stock levels and record keeping at the Bikaner site. You will monitor stock movement, ensure accurate MIS data and maintain Excel/prescribed software records to support operations.

The position requires coordinating with the team, handling GRN/MRN for received materials, reconciling vendor supplies, and organizing material handling on site with available resources.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and stock management to prevent stock-outs or excess Inventory
• To ensure required MIS & tracking
• Keep a record of materials and inventories.
• Maintain in and out register and record in Excel/ Prescribed Software.
• Responsible for all GRN/MRN of materials received at site.
• Reconciliation of vendor’s materials.
• Materials loading and unloading at site with respect available resources and familiar with logistics
• Coordination with team for any support.
