Job summary

JLL is seeking a Safety & EHS professional for Bengaluru to lead safety compliance, risk assessment, and incident investigations across sites. You will drive training programs, support emergency planning, and oversee environmental initiatives with rigorous audit and documentation practices.

The role requires coordinating with contractors and internal teams to uphold safety standards, ensuring regulatory adherence and a strong safety culture at the Bengaluru site.

Responsibilities

• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and local statutory requirements.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct hazard identification, risk analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Incident Reporting: Document and investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and accidents.
• Training & Awareness: Organize safety drills, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.
• Emergency Preparedness: Support development and execution of emergency response plans.
• Environmental Management: Monitor waste management, energy usage, and sustainability initiatives.
• Vendor & Contractor Safety: Ensure third-party compliance with site safety standards.
• Audit & Documentation: Maintain EHS records, prepare reports, and support internal/external audits.
