Qualifications

• Document control, audits, and safety training to meet policy requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Environment Health & Safety (EHS) Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Specialized in driving Environment Health & Safety (EHS) management systems such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, focusing on enhancing organizational performance within acquired office buildings.
• Possess extensive knowledge of Indian Safety, Health, and Environment regulatory requirements including NBC, BOCW, Factory Act standards.
• Implementation and monitoring of HSE Policy, Objectives, Manual, Procedures/Method of Statements, Risk Assessment, RCA, Waste Management, Hygiene at work, etc.
• Document Control and reporting system for EHS management system. She/He supports Property Manager in developing safety systems and procedures as well as conducting safety audits as per the requirements.
• Preparation and participation in ISO 14001 & 45001 documentation and audits & Compliance.
• Conducts all training necessary to meet the requirements of government regulations, corporate policies and location needs.
• Motivate and involve property management for effective implementation of EHS management system through various initiatives.
• Carry out safety inspections in order to observe the work practice procedures followed by the workers and to plan measures for reducing the unsafe physical conditions.
• Assist property management team for investigation of incidents and suggest remedial measures as a TEAM Member.
• Managing data & providing statistical reports to client regarding the performance of HSE Management.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge on legal requirements related to Safety & Health
• Good knowledge on Risk Assessment and training
• Good communication/presentation skills and aware EHS Management System

Qualifications:

• B.E. in Fire & Safety OR B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil with Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from recognized institute & ADIS in Industrial Safety

Experience:

• 07-10 years relevant experience in similar capacity in Safety
