Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Bengaluru, KA, is seeking an on-site EHS & Safety professional responsible for compliance with OSHA, ISO and local requirements, risk assessment, incident reporting, training delivery, and emergency preparedness.

You will also drive environmental management, monitor waste and energy use, ensure vendor and contractor safety, and support audits and documentation to uphold JLL’s safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and local statutory requirements.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct hazard identification, risk analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Incident Reporting: Document and investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and accidents.
• Training & Awareness: Organize safety drills, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.
• Emergency Preparedness: Support development and execution of emergency response plans.
• Environmental Management: Monitor waste management, energy usage, and sustainability initiatives.
• Vendor & Contractor Safety: Ensure third-party compliance with site safety standards.
• Audit & Documentation: Maintain EHS records, prepare reports, and support internal/external audits.
