The Flex Benefit Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing flexible benefits programs for corporate clients. This role requires expertise in employee benefits, strategic client engagement, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between client needs and tailored flex benefit solutions, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Design & Strategy:
  • Develop and implement customized flex benefit programs aligned with client objectives and workforce needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess requirements and recommend innovative benefit solutions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new products to enhance program value.
• Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients on flex benefit matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of benefit plans and suggest improvements based on client feedback.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure all benefit programs comply with IRDAI.
