Job summary

TSS Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai seeks a client-facing professional to visit client locations, conduct product demos, and discuss how our solutions address trading, broking, compliance, and back-office needs.

You will gather requirements, coordinate with product and implementation teams, support onboarding and training, and build strong relationships with stakeholders while staying updated on Indian capital-market regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with clients and understand their requirements.
• Good problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit client locations and conduct product demonstrations and discussions.
• Understand clients' trading, broking, compliance, surveillance, and back-office processes.
• Explain how our product features can address client requirements.
• Gather and document client requirements, issues, and change requests.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Implementation, and Support teams.
• Support client onboarding, product training, and product adoption.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
• Stay updated with Indian capital-market and regulatory developments.

What We Are Looking For :

• Good understanding of the Indian stock-market ecosystem and trading lifecycle.
• Knowledge of NSE, BSE, brokers, clearing corporations, and depositories.
• Understanding of concepts such as OMS, RMS, orders, trades, margins, positions, holdings, contract notes, and settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with clients and understand their requirements.
• Good problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred :

• NISM or other relevant capital-market certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates should be comfortable with regular client visits and a client-facing/field-oriented role.
