Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Gurugram invites an experienced trainer to deliver end-to-end training on stock markets and options. You will develop training modules, study notes, and video content for online sessions, and conduct practical sessions on strategies and analysis for equity dealers.

This role requires 5–7 years in BFSI training, deep knowledge of equity derivatives, and strong English communication to train dealers online and offline.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate with BFSI background.
• 5–7 years of training experience in BFSI/Broking
• Strong knowledge of equity derivatives and markets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end training on Stock Markets and Options Market.
• Create Training Modules and contribute to Curriculum Planning and study notes.
• Create video content for Online sessions.
• Impart practical sessions on strategy, technical and fundamental analysis to equity dealers.
• Collaborate with management on new product development and training initiatives.
• Perform as an individual contributor.
• Train dealers on software like NOW, NEST, ODIN, TRADINGVIEW, FALCON, etc.
• Address dealer queries during/after market hours.
• Keep dealers updated on latest stock market news.
• Demonstrate both practical and theoretical knowledge of the stock market.

Roles and Responsibilities –

• – To deliver end-to-end training on Stock Markets, Options Market
• – To create Training Modules & Contribute to Curriculum Planning, Study Notes
• – To create video content for Online sessions
• – Impart Practical session on strategy, technical & fundamental analysis to the all equity dealers.
• – Work closely with the management on new product development and training initiatives
• – It will be an individual contributor role
• – Give them training on software like- NOW, NEST, ODIN, TRADINGVIEW, FALCON, etc.
• – Clear Equity Dealers doubts during the market hours or after the market hours.
• – Aware Dealers of the latest news in the stock market.
• – Must have practical and theoretical knowledge of the stock market.
