Job summary

Accops is seeking an Associate Technical Sales Engineer – I for its Pre-Sales team in Delhi. This hybrid role combines technical depth with client engagement, focusing on Zero Trust and virtualization solutions.

You will participate in POCs, configure cloud and on-prem environments, and prepare technical documentation while traveling to client sites as needed. The ideal candidate has 2–10 years of relevant experience and a strong foundation in networking, Windows/Linux systems, and desktop

Qualifications

• 2 to 10 years of experience in pre-sales or technical sales
• BE/BTech/MCA/MTech (CS/IT preferred)
• Hybrid role in Delhi with client-facing responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Participate in Proof of Concepts (POC) and deliver pre-sales support within defined SLAs and TATs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Security, Development) to design and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Implement and configure products in both cloud and on-prem virtualization environments.
• Provide technical documentation including solution documents, KB articles, preliminary incident analysis, and RCAs.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and, where possible, provide solutions through scripts or workarounds without escalating to development.
• Stay updated and adapt to new technologies in Zero Trust Networking, Cloud, and Virtualization.
• Travel to client locations for implementation and support as required.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of Desktop and Application Support.
• Understanding of computer networking and networking fundamentals (OSI model).
• Familiarity with network devices such as firewalls, switches, routers, etc.
• Working knowledge of Windows (7, 8, 10) and Linux OS (Ubuntu, Red Hat, Debian, etc.).
