Your key responsibilities

• Proven experience in independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles across the hiring lifecycle. Strong capability in sourcing candidates through diverse channels to build qualified talent pipelines. Hands-on expertise in coordinating and executing hiring drives to meet recruitment targets efficiently. Skilled in handling offer management and negotiation processes to ensure timely closure of positions. Ability to apply general consulting skills to manage stakeholder requirements and deliver hiring outcomes effectively.

Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor of Commerce

Experience

• Business Intelligence (3+ years)
