Job summary

Nagarro is seeking a seasoned full-stack developer for Mumbai to drive end-to-end software delivery across Python, Java and React JS stacks.

Responsibilities include writing high-quality code, integrating with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring API security, and leading collaboration in Agile/Scrum teams. Required experience with GitHub Actions CI/CD, OAuth/JWT, and cloud Azure in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience, preferably in Azure, with Python, Java, and React JS.
• Strong experience integrating applications with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs and established integration patterns.
• In-depth knowledge of application and API security, including MFA, authentication/authorization, and session security.
• Hands-on experience with Git-based source control and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines across dev/test/stage/prod.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and story estimation.

Responsibilities

• Write and review high-quality code across the stack.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize functional and non-functional requirements.
• Plan and justify design methodologies and tool sets for projects.
• Coordinate requirements, schedules, and activities to enable development teams.
• Lead or support UAT and production rollouts.
• Create and validate work breakdown structures and estimated effort for modules.
• Address issues promptly with a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback and set clear expectations for the team.
• Troubleshoot complex bugs and propose design/code improvements.
• Conduct POCs to validate design choices and technologies.

Job description

REQUIREMENTS :

• 4+ years of full-stack application development experience, preferably in an Azure environment, with Python, Java, and React JS.
• Strong experience integrating applications with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and established integration patterns.
• In-depth knowledge of application and API security, including authentication, authorization, access controls, session security, MFA, and other security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Git-based source control and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, story estimation, and iterative software delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with knowledge of API security and authentication standards such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO, and external credentials.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code.
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client's needs in the context of the project.
