Job summary

Nagarro is seeking a seasoned full-stack developer (4+ years) to design and implement Azure-based solutions using Python, Java and React JS. You will integrate external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, enforce strong API security, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

The role operates in an Agile/Scrum setting, with involvement in planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery. You will help drive technical decisions, reviews, and successful rollouts across environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack development with Python/Java/React JS.
• Strong API integration experience (REST/SOAP) and security focus.
• Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
• Agile/Scrum environment experience with planning and estimates.

Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS :

• 4+ years of full-stack application development experience, preferably in an Azure environment, with Python, Java, and React JS.
• Strong experience integrating applications with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and established integration patterns.
• In-depth knowledge of application and API security, including authentication, authorization, access controls, session security, MFA, and other security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Git-based source control and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, story estimation, and iterative software delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with knowledge of API security and authentication standards such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO, and external credentials.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code.
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client's needs in the context of the project.
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it.
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets.
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
• Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs.
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
