Job summary

Nagarro Pune is seeking experienced Cloud & DevOps professionals to design, deploy, and maintain scalable Azure-based enterprise solutions. You will implement IaC, manage CI/CD pipelines, and work with security and governance teams to ensure robust platforms.

Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to optimize performance, reduce costs, and automate deployments. Maintain documentation and stay current with Azure technologies to drive platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining Azure cloud infrastructure for enterprise apps.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Write and review high-quality code.

REQUIREMENT:

• We are hiring experience design, deploy, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure to support enterprise applications and services.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM Templates, or equivalent automation tools.
• Architect scalable, secure, highly available, and resilient Azure solutions.
• Drive DevOps transformation by promoting automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement practices.
• Configure and manage Azure services, including:
• Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Azure Databricks
• Azure Key Vault
• Azure Storage Accounts
• Azure Compute Services
• Manage Azure Service Principals and Identity & Access Management (IAM) controls.
• Implement and enforce Azure security best practices, governance policies, and compliance standards.
• Monitor, identify, and remediate security vulnerabilities across Azure environments.
• Partner with security teams to conduct audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure infrastructure reliability and performance.
• Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and cost optimization of Azure resources.
• Manage Azure networking components including Virtual Networks (VNETs), connectivity, and related infrastructure services.
• Support Azure Backup, Azure Stack, Azure VMware Solution (AVS), and other cloud platform services.
• Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to streamline deployment processes.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and architecture standards.
• Stay current with emerging Azure technologies and recommend platform improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
• Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
