Job summary

SoftTech Engineers Limited is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on development experience to lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. You will contribute to coding, architecture, and technical decision-making, with deep expertise in NET Core and React.js and cloud-native architectures on Azure.

The role demands leadership in end-to-end architecture, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and active involvement in data-driven and AI/ML

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of overall software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core / C# for backend development.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Releases).
• Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and delivery best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and technical decision-making skills.

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of full-stack, cloud-native applications.

• Actively contribute to development using NET Core / C# and modern front-end technologies.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

• Support integration of data-driven and AI/ML components into applications.
• Advanced Technologies & Innovation
• Design and implement solutions leveraging Data Science, Machine Learning (ML), Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL).
• Contribute to Digital Twin architectures, simulations, and real-time system modeling.
• Work with data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps practices.
• Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging technologies.
• Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical excellence.
