Job summary

KC Overseas Education in Nagpur is seeking a detail‑oriented Associate/Sr. Associate HR to manage employee data, attendance, compliance, and payroll inputs.

The role requires hands‑on experience in HR systems and timely coordination with stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations. You will monitor attendance, update salary inputs, manage insurance details, and generate MIS reports while ensuring statutory compliance and data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations or Payroll Support.
• Hands-on experience in HRMS tools.
• Good knowledge of attendance management, insurance processes, and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in MS Excel and report generation.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave records through the HRMS platform daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Prepare and verify monthly compensatory off credit and availed details.
• Prepare and check employee insurance details including Mediclaim and Accidental Insurance.
• Update salary data (PAN, Bank, Aadhaar, etc.) and HRMS profile information.
• Maintain attendance, weekly offs, and statutory details in HRMS.
• Prepare exit employee records for salary processing.
• Generate MIS reports as requested by management.
• Ensure timely registration of employees under the Apprenticeship Act.
• Maintain payroll and compliance related files.
• Provide strong support to the reporting manager to achieve company objectives.

Job Overview

The role requires hands‑on experience in HR systems, payroll inputs, compliance updates, and timely coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.

• Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave records through the HRMS platform on a daily, weekly and Monthly basis
• Prepare and verify monthly compensatory off credit and availed details.
