KC Overseas Education is hiring for a Telesales/Inside Sales role at the MIHAN New Office Campus. The primary focus is converting students in the assigned region, coordinating with partners, and ensuring onboarding and invoicing are handled efficiently.

Candidates should have 1+ year in telesales, be travel-ready, and operate independently with strong communication skills. The role offers growth in a multinational EdTech environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales.
• Open to travel as required.
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• SSC, HSC, and Bachelor's with no gaps.
• Strong collaboration and ownership of tasks.
• Understanding onboarding processes for partners/associates.
• Strong verbal and email communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive student conversions from the assigned region.
• Ensure timely onboarding of leads and training on the CourseFinder.ai platform.
• Coordinate with partners for lead nurturing and issue resolution.
• Ensure timely collection of invoices from partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet targets and maintain documentation.

Job Overview :

The primary focus of this role is to drive student conversions from the assigned region. The position involves regular coordination with partners, assisting them on the CourseFinder.ai platform, and maintaining strong relationships. The role also includes collaboration with Business Units and the Finance Team, ensuring timely onboarding, invoicing, and achievement of assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive student conversions from the assigned region.
• Ensure timely onboarding of leads and ensure they are well-versed with the CourseFinder.ai platform.
• Regularly coordinate with partners for lead nurturing and issue resolution.
• Ensure timely collection of invoices from assigned partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet targets and maintain documentation.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales.
• Open to travel as required.
• Highly motivated, with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Must have scored 60% or above in SSC, HSC, and bachelor's with no gaps.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.

Required Skill Set:

• Understanding of partner/associate onboarding processes.
• Strong verbal and email communication skills (internal and external).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and formal email correspondence.
