Randstad India is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support monthly results, forecasts, and budgets through data extracts, reconciliations, and baseline reporting. You will collaborate with operations to validate drivers and update assumptions while maintaining simple financial models and dashboards.

The role emphasizes strong internal controls, data quality, and ad-hoc analyses on costs, pricing, and productivity to drive FP&A excellence.

Qualificações

• Experience in FP&A processes and monthly/ quarterly planning.
• Ability to reconcile data sources and build transparent financial models.
• Strong collaboration with operational stakeholders.

• Prepares data extracts, reconciles sources, and builds baseline reports to support monthly results, forecasts, and budgets.
• Maintains simple financial models and dashboards, updates assumptions, and documents methodology to ensure transparency and repeatability.
• Collaborates with operational stakeholders to collect inputs, validate drivers, and align timelines for planning cycles.
• Supports ad-hoc analysis on costs, pricing, and productivity, ensuring accuracy and consistency with finance policies.
• Adheres to internal controls and data quality standards, contributing to continuous improvement of FP&A processes.
• Produces first-pass variance analyses with clear, factual commentary and escalates anomalies for review.
