Job summary

Phenom, Hyderabad-based, is hiring an Associate Solution Architect to support the One Global Delivery team. You will collaborate on technical discussions, gather integration requirements, and propose scalable SaaS solutions for clients across time zones.

You will work with APIs, cloud basics, and integration tools, while building documentation and knowledge sharing across the organization. This role blends technologist and consultant perspectives in a fast-paced HR tech environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with APIs, web services, or related integration technologies.
• Exposure to SaaS, microservices, or multi-tenancy architecture is a plus.
• Proven ability to engage in consultative discussions and manage client relationships.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, programming basics (Java, Python), web tech, SFTP, and email server integrations.
• Experience creating technical documentation and refining processes for scalability.
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies.
• Familiarity with Talent Acquisition or HR technologies.
• Experience in a global team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to facilitate technical discussions and clarify client needs, supporting the development of targeted recommendations that deliver measurable ROI.
• Assist in technical and integration discovery conversations with clients to gather requirements for implementing platforms and integrating with existing technology stacks.
• Analyze client requirements and challenges, propose effective solutions, and evaluate the short- and long-term impact of recommendations.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support operational excellence by contributing to documentation, sharing knowledge, and improving internal processes.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams across multiple time zones to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage competing priorities effectively, balancing multiple projects and tasks while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Build foundational expertise in SaaS architecture, integration services, and industry best practices.

Part technologist, part consultant, the Solution Architect plays a vital role providing technical expertise for all major client projects. You will participate in client calls and work cross-functionally across the entire organization to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions.

What You've Done

• At least 2 years of experience working with APIs, web services, or related integration technologies. Hands-on experience with methods such as Web Services (REST, SOAP), SSO, and integration tools.
• Demonstrated eagerness to build a career in Solution Architecture, with exposure to SaaS, microservices, or multi-tenancy architecture as a plus.
• Proven ability to engage in consultative discussions, manage client relationships, and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, basic programming concepts (e.g., Java, Python), web technologies, SFTP, and email server integrations.
• Contributed to creating technical documentation and refining processes for better scalability and efficiency.
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.
• Familiarity with Talent Acquisition or HR technologies.
• Experience in a global team environment, working with diverse teams and time zones.
