Job summary

Phenom invites a Product Development Engineer to build scalable backend services and secure systems for its HR tech platform. You will focus on developing scalable architectures and ensuring operational excellence of Phenom’s products.

The role requires strong algorithms, Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP expertise, and hands-on cloud experience with AWS or Azure, in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in algorithms and data structures.
• Hands-on software development experience in Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP, JSON, MongoDB, Spring and React.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS and/or Azure) and design patterns.

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Product Development Engineer to develop scalable, secure, and highly efficient backend services and systems. You will work on building innovative solutions and ensure the operational excellence of our platforms.

Position Summary
We’re looking for a Developer to join our team at Phenom. The ideal candidate should be able to meet the following criteria:

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS and/or Azure)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
