Job summary

Phenom is a global AI-powered talent experience platform helping a billion people find the right job. We seek an experienced technologist to define long-term SAAS architecture and lead product development, guiding teams and delivering scalable solutions across cloud deployments.

You will distill business goals into robust technical designs, collaborate in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to innovative UI/UX-driven experiences for Phenom customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 4 - 7 years of Software Development experience in Core Java, MongoDB, Algorithms, Data Structures, Design Patterns.
• Strong experience with React JS/ Angular JS, HTML, CSS.
• Experience in defining architecture and leading teams in design & development.
• Experience with Cloud (AWS and Azure) deployments.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Eye for design aesthetics and attention to UI/UX principles.
• Engineering Graduates from premier institutions preferred (IIT, BITS, NIT).

Responsibilities

• Define long-term technical architecture to support SAAS offering, lead and direct product development efforts.
• 4 - 7 years of experience in software development, product development organization experience preferred.
• 2+ years of leading development teams.
• Distill business objectives into technical solutions through system design and architecture.
• Work independently on projects and also collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
• Provide technical and analytical solutions to evaluate product ideas.
• Nice-to-have: integrations with Third Party offerings.

• Define long-term technical architecture to support SAAS offering, Lead and direct product development efforts.
• 4 - 7 years of experience in software development, product development organization experience preferred.
• 2+ years of leading development teams.
• Be able to distill business objectives into technical solutions through effective system design and architecture
• Be able to work independently on a project-by project basis and also work in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment
• Be able to provide technical and analytical solutions to evaluate the merits and challenges of a product idea
• Good to have experience of integrations with Third Party offerings.
