Job summary

Park Place Technologies is seeking a mid-level .NET engineer to design, develop, and maintain .NET applications on Azure. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software and participate in code reviews.

The role emphasizes problem solving, unit testing, and documentation, with a strong focus on customer-driven solutions and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of development experience using C# .NET, MVC/Razor Pages, Web APIs.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server/Azure SQL/MySQL.
• Knowledge of ADO.NET/Entity Framework or other ORMs.
• Familiarity with AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cosmos DB.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and frontend frameworks (Angular/React/Vue).
• Understanding of Agile processes and CI/CD using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Understanding of Git concepts (branching, PRs, merge, conflict resolution).
• Strong written and verbal communication; a team player with a growth mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements, design, develop, and maintain .NET applications using .NET and Azure.
• Write high performing, reusable code with unit tests and participate in code reviews.
• Work closely with engineers, product managers, QA to build new features and enhancements.
• Contribute to all phases of SDLC ensuring high-quality releases within planned cycles.
• Work with QA to create and review test plans and execute tests.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix software bugs before and after release.
• Create documentation and share knowledge with team.

What you will do:

• Understand business requirements, Design, develop, and maintain.NET applicationsusing.NET and Azure.
