LIFECRAFT Solutions LLP's LIFECRAFT4U brand in Gurugram is seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Associate to build our digital presence, grow an engaged community, and drive enquiries and bookings for programs.

You will plan calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube; create reels, posts, and promos using Canva; collaborate with instructors and teams; track metrics and optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, writing, and creative skills.
• Practical understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Familiarity with Canva, reels, and basic video editing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
• Interest in wellness, fitness, music, astrology, creativity, and community-driven platforms.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute social media calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create engaging reels, posts, stories, carousels, captions, and promotional creatives using Canva and basic video-editing apps.
• Develop creative content ideas around programs, instructors, workshops, events, and festivals.
• Coordinate with instructors, creators, and internal teams to generate authentic content and testimonials.
• Identify social media trends and opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Support digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and paid promotions.
• Engage with followers and relevant communities to build brand awareness and audience participation.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to generating enquiries, registrations, and program bookings.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Social Media Marketing Associate to build our digital presence, grow an engaged community, promote our programs, and convert audience interest into enquiries and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create engaging reels, posts, stories, carousels, captions, and promotional creatives using tools such as Canva and basic video-editing applications.
• Develop creative content ideas around our programs, instructors, workshops, events, and festivals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop compelling, brand-aligned posts and campaigns.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage effectively with online communities and collaborate with internal teams.
• Relevant experience managing brand social media accounts, including analytics, reporting, and audience engagement, organizing and managing events
• A background in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with familiarity with social media management tools, will be an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate sensitivity to diverse audiences is preferred.
