Job summary

TSC Finserv Private Limited is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. The ideal candidate brings 3–4 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolios welcome) and a passion for engaging, on-brand content.

You will plan and execute social media strategies, coordinate with design teams, analyze performance, and engage with the audience to build a vibrant online community.

Qualifications

Position: Social Media Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the company's social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Plan, create, and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
• Write engaging captions, create post ideas, and develop content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
• Coordinate with the design and video production team to create high-quality social media posts, Reels, videos, and other creative content.
• Stay updated on social media trends, trending formats, industry developments, and competitor activities.
• Monitor social media performance using relevant analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
• Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance to improve results.
• Engage with the online audience, respond to comments and messages, and help build an active digital community.
• Explore creative campaigns and new content ideas to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• A good understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and content formats.
• Experience in managing social media accounts and planning content calendars.
• Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Creativity and the ability to develop engaging content ideas.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking.
• Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
• A portfolio showcasing previous social media work, campaigns, or content is preferred.
