About the role Therole will be central to building cross-mitigation curriculum frameworks acrossMathematics, Financial Literacy, and Science, while also supporting language integration through English and Punjabi. The curriculum is expected to be designed for the agebands 10-12years, 12–14 years, and 14–16 years, with strong alignment to experientiallearning, rural/communityrelevance, project-based pedagogy, and interdisciplinary capability building .

• Designinterdisciplinary curriculum, lesson plans, and learning journeys for learnersaged 10–16.
• Developproject-based and experiential learning modules linked to themes such asenvironment, sustainability, health, livelihoods, and community development.
• Createassessment frameworks, competency trackers, and learning outcome rubrics.

• Ensurecurriculum is academically rigorous, multilingual (English & Punjabi), andfield friendly.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/master’s in education, Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, Child Development, or related field.
• 10+years in curriculum design, instructional design, academic content development, or education program development.
• Experience designing interdisciplinary, project-based, or experiential learning programs.
• Strong understanding of middle-school and adolescent learning (10–16 years).
• Experience in NGOs, schools, education programs, or learning organizations preferred.
• Exposure to multilingual curriculum environments(English & Punjabi) is a plus.
