Skills and Qualifications
· 8–12+years of experience in grassroots programme leadership, preferably in rural orcommunity-based settings.
· Bachelor’sor master’s degree in social work, Public Health, Rural Development, PhysicalEducation, or a related field.
· Formalcertification in Yoga (from a recognised institution); advanced or therapeuticyoga training preferred.
· Priorexperience working with women-focused programmes in Punjab or similarsocio-cultural contexts.
· Goodunderstanding of rural Punjab’s social and cultural dynamics.
· Excellentpeople management and community engagement skills.
· Abilityto execute with discipline and empathy.
· Comfortablewith extensive field travel and hands-on work in villages.
· Fluencyin Punjabi (mandatory); working knowledge of Hindi and English preferred.
