Job summary

PolicyBazaar is seeking an Associate Consultant Services to provide dedicated customer support for health insurance documentation and queries. This field-based role involves visiting customers at their homes, hospitals, or workplaces to assist with documentation and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

You will explain policy coverage, collect and verify documents, and coordinate with operations, claims, and underwriting.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in customer support, insurance services, or field operations.
• Freshers with good communication skills may be considered.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers at homes, hospitals, or workplaces to address health insurance-related queries.
• Assist customers with health insurance documentation, including policy documents, endorsements, renewals, and claim forms.
• Explain policy coverage, benefits, exclusions, renewal processes, and claim procedures in a simple manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, claims, and underwriting for timely issue resolution.
• Collect and verify required documents and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Track customer requests and follow up until closure.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and service outcomes.
• Deliver a professional, empathetic, and customer-centric service experience.
