Job summary

Knorr-Bremse AG is seeking an Associate Scrum Master cum PMO to support project managers in planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering projects. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, organize meetings, and maintain PMO governance artifacts while tracking KPIs and delivering clear management reports.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint to drive project success across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and project governance.
• Proven ability to prepare dashboards, reports and stakeholder communications.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and Jira for project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and control of engineering projects.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Organize meetings, prepare MoMs, track actions, ensure timely closure.
• Maintain project documentation and PMO governance artifacts.
• Track KPIs: capacity utilization, schedule variance, COPQ, delivery metrics.
• Prepare dashboards and executive presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies; drive mitigation and escalation.
• Coordinate procurement activities: PR tracking, vendor deliverables, status.
• Interface with EMS vendors for planning, readiness, build status, schedule tracking.
• Support cross-functional teams for smooth execution and stakeholder communication.

Associate Scrum Master cum PMO

Experience

2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and control of engineering projects.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Organize project meetings, prepare MoMs, track action items, and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain project documentation, configuration management records, and PMO governance artifacts.
• Track and consolidate project KPIs such as Capacity Utilization, Effort Variance, Schedule Variance, COPQ, and delivery metrics.
• Prepare project dashboards, management reports, and executive presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively drive mitigation and escalation.
• Coordinate project procurement activities including tracking purchase requests, vendor deliverables, and procurement status.
• Interface with EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) vendors for planning, material readiness, build status, issue resolution, and schedule tracking.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Project Management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA, MS Project (MPP), Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
• Good analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
