Job summary

Genpact, a leading AI-driven technology solutions company, is seeking an Associate - S&P - Procurement Ops in Hyderabad. The role focuses on executing procurement processes, vendor management, and process improvements within a fast-moving AI-enabled environment.

You will engage with stakeholders, ensure compliance with SOPs, and contribute to scalable procurement operations across global enterprises.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degrees in business, engineering or related fields.
• Relevant procurement and supply chain knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with ERP and SAP tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform procurement tasks per SOPs approved by Client.
• Execute day-to-day transactional procurement processes including vendor management and RFQ.
• Manage POs, requisitions, invoices and payments and resolve AP issues.
• Contact business stakeholders and vendors to resolve PO/requisition issues.
• Investigate and resolve deficiencies with suppliers or internal parties.
• Support process improvements and tool/scope standardization.
• Meet or exceed all SLAs in line with SOPs and client policies.

Job Description

• Perform procurement related tasks as per the Standard Operating Procedure documents approved by Client
• Execute day to day transactional procurement processes (vendor management, competitive bidding/ request for quotation, PO fulfillment - requisition/PO creation, delivery/order confirmation, query management, AP issue resolution, PIR creation and - maintenance, support sourcing activities and requests, contract maintenance and catalog management, translation of business communications to local language)
• Contact person for business stakeholders, vendors, internal operational teams in terms of resolving any basic issues with purchase orders, requisitions, invoices and payments
• Investigate and resolve deficiencies with suppliers or internal parties
• Support process improvements, new tool or scope implementation/standardization
• Meet or exceed all SLA's with the outmost integrity and in compliance to SOPs and client's policies.
