Genpact India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Associate for S&P - Procurement Ops to manage procurement tasks and coordinate with vendors and internal teams. The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, SLA targets, and accurate processing of POs, invoices, and supplier communications.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and experience with ERP systems. This position is based in India and requires English proficiency and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Masters in Operations Management preferred.
• CPP certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform procurement related tasks as per the SOP approved by Client.
• Execute day-to-day transactional procurement processes (vendor management, RFQ, PO creation, delivery, invoice resolution).
• Act as contact point for stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to resolve PO/requisition/invoice issues.

• Perform procurement related tasks as per the Standard Operating Procedure documents approved by Client
• Execute day to day transactional procurement processes (vendor management, competitive bidding/ request for quotation, PO fulfillment - requisition/PO creation, delivery/order confirmation, query management, AP issue resolution, PIR creation and maintenance, support sourcing activities and requests, contract maintenance and catalog management, translation of business communications to local language)
• Contact person for business stakeholders, vendors, internal operational teams in terms of resolving any basic issues with purchase orders, requisitions, invoices and payments
• Investigate and resolve deficiencies with suppliers or internal parties
• Support process improvements, new tool or scope implementation/standardization
• Meet or exceed all SLA’s with the outmost integrity and in compliance to SOPs and client’s policies.
