Job summary

Genpact, a leader in AI-powered business transformation, is seeking an Associate for S&P Procurement Ops in India. You will execute procurement tasks, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with SOPs and client policies.

Responsibilities include handling day-to-day procurement processes, POs, invoices, and supplier communications, while driving process improvements and meeting SLAs in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with procurement processes.
• Familiarity with vendor management and contract basics.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day procurement processes incl. vendor mgmt and PO lifecycle.
• Resolve issues with POs, requisitions, invoices and payments.
• Investigate supplier deficiencies and support process improvements.
• Meet SLA targets with integrity and client policies.

Job Description

• Perform procurement related tasks as per the Standard Operating Procedure documents approved by Client
• Execute day to day transactional procurement processes (vendor management, competitive bidding/ request for quotation, PO fulfillment - requisition/PO creation, delivery/order confirmation, query management, AP issue resolution, PIR creation and maintenance, support sourcing activities and requests, contract maintenance and catalog management, translation of business communications to local language)
• Contact person for business stakeholders, vendors, internal operational teams in terms of resolving any basic issues with purchase orders, requisitions, invoices and payments
• Investigate and resolve deficiencies with suppliers or internal parties
• Support process improvements, new tool or scope implementation/standardization
• Meet or exceed all SLA’s with the outmost integrity and in compliance to SOPs and client’s policies.
