Genpact India Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking an Associate - S&P - Procurement Ops to perform procurement tasks per SOPs, handle day-to-day transactional processes, and liaise with stakeholders on POs, invoices and payments.

The role emphasizes process improvement and strict adherence to client policies. You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with vendor and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelors in business/engineering/commerce or related field.
• Masters in operations management is preferred.
• Certification CPP from IIPMR is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform procurement tasks per SOP documents approved by Client.
• Execute day-to-day transactional procurement processes including vendor mgmt and PO fulfillment.
• Serve as contact point for stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams on POs, requisitions, invoices, and payments.
• Investigate and resolve deficiencies with suppliers or internal parties.
• Support process improvements and tool/scope implementation/standardization.
• Meet or exceed SLAs with integrity and SOP compliance.

Job Description

• Perform procurement related tasks as per the Standard Operating Procedure documents approved by Client
• Execute day to day transactional procurement processes (vendor management, competitive bidding/ request for quotation, PO fulfillment - requisition/PO creation, delivery/order confirmation, query management, AP issue resolution, PIR creation and maintenance, support sourcing activities and requests, contract maintenance and catalog management, translation of business communications to local language)
• Contact person for business stakeholders, vendors, internal operational teams in terms of resolving any basic issues with purchase orders, requisitions, invoices and payments
• Investigate and resolve deficiencies with suppliers or internal parties
• Support process improvements, new tool or scope implementation/standardization
• Meet or exceed all SLA’s with the outmost integrity and in compliance to SOPs and client’s policies
