Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Associate - S&P - Procurement Ops in Bengaluru on a hybrid shift. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, research suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliant procurement processes.

The role emphasizes data-driven cost optimization and continual improvement in vendor management practices. English proficiency is required, with experience across accounts payable, BPM, and AI-enabled procurement tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree(s) in business or engineering disciplines and/or master's in operations management.
• Experience with procurement processes, supplier management and data analytics.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate procurement requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify suppliers and vendors and assess capabilities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize cost efficiency.
• Monitor procurement activities to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate procurement requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and vendors, assessing capabilities, quality, and pricing. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements and maximize cost efficiency. Monitor and track procurement activities to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Analyze procurement data to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and identify cost‑saving opportunities. Maintain accurate documentation and records of sourcing activities, supplier performance, and procurement decisions. Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to procurement processes, tools, and vendor management practices.
