Job summary

Ganpati Dairy Products is seeking an Associate Manager Namkeen & Sweets to oversee production, quality, and product development for traditional snacks and sweets. You will ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance while troubleshooting processing issues.

The role requires strong practical knowledge of namkeen and sweets manufacturing, raw materials, recipes, processing methods, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of namkeen and sweets manufacturing, raw materials, recipes, processing methods, quality standards, and production troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage and improve production processes, yield, and productivity.
• Experience with GMP practices and maintaining batch records.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production activities for Namkeen and Sweets.
• Develop and maintain consistent taste, texture, appearance, and quality of products.
• Monitor production processes and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Handle recipe standardization and product improvement.
• Identify and resolve production and quality-related issues.
• Check and control quality of raw materials, ingredients, oil, spices, dry fruits, etc.
• Reduce wastage and improve yield and productivity.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and R&D teams.
• Maintain production records, batch details, and quality parameters.
• Ensure proper hygiene, food safety, and GMP practices on the production floor.
• Train and supervise production staff and workers.
• Assist in developing new namkeen and sweet products according to market requirements.
