Job summary

Ganpati Dairy Products Pvt Ltd in Haryana, Bhiwani district, is seeking a Production Manager for Namkeen and Sweets. You will oversee day-to-day production, ensure consistent taste, texture, and quality, and maintain batch records.

The ideal candidate has strong practical knowledge of namkeen and sweets manufacturing, raw materials, recipes, processing methods, quality standards, and production troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in any discipline (B.A, B.Sc, Diploma/certificate).
• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing/food production.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production activities for Namkeen and Sweets.
• Develop and maintain consistent taste, texture, appearance, and quality of products.
• Monitor production processes and ensure products meet company quality standards.
• Handle recipe standardization and product improvement.
• Identify and resolve production and quality-related issues.
• Check and control the quality of raw materials, ingredients, oil, spices, etc.
• Reduce production wastage and improve yield and productivity.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and R&D teams.
• Maintain proper production records, batch details, and quality parameters.
• Ensure proper hygiene, food safety, and GMP practices on the production floor.
• Train and supervise production staff and workers.
• Assist in developing new namkeen and sweet products according to market requirements.
