Job summary

EXL is seeking a Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President of Organizational Change Management to lead Change Management teams for client projects and shape the OCM strategy across portfolios. The role interfaces with executives, partners with transformation teams, and drives adoption of new processes, tools, and behaviors.

You will oversee engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption metrics, ensuring successful product and process launches across programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading organizational change management for enterprise transformations.
• Bachelor/Master in a related field or equivalent experience in organizational transformation or change management.
• Experience with change management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Management teams for client-facing work.
• Shape change management strategy and ensure adoption across client portfolios of new processes and tools.
• Interface with executives and key business partners; deploy engagement, communications, training, readiness and adoption measurement approaches.
• Partner with transformation executives, business leaders, technologie partners and program management to ensure adoption of EXL solutions.
• Direct leadership for a team of OCM analysts driving OCM efforts.

• Proven experience in leading organizational change management for enterprise-level transformations
• Bachelors orMastersdegree in highly related field or equivalent experience in organizational transformation or change management
• Significant experiencewith organizational change management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices

• Directing and leading program-wide and executive, community of practice and change championengagement activitiesboth internal and external
• Ensuring implementation of the latest in OCM best practices,toolsand stakeholder engagementinside and outside of EXL
• Managing the success ofOCM efforts, data reporting, and integrationof other EXL solutionsandbusinessunitspecific OCM efforts
