Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects or workstreams across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure, ensuring alignment with defined business objectives.
• Define and track project scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and success measures with sponsors and delivery teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, dependencies, and status materials for effective delivery oversight.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, product, architecture, QA, operations, and business teams to drive execution and remove blockers.
• Support project governance through status reporting, meetings, performance tracking, documentation, and escalation of key decisions.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies with follow-up, ownership, and escalation as required.
• Maintain regular stakeholder communication, manage expectations, capture decisions, and align sponsors, teams, and client reps.
• Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, quality expectations, compliance, documentation standards, and audit readiness.
• Assist with change management, release planning, and transition activities to support business continuity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and sharing best practices.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action trackers, RAID logs, dependencies, and status materials to support effective delivery oversight.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, product, architecture, QA, operations, and business teams to drive execution and remove delivery blockers.
• Support project governance through status reporting, meeting facilitation, performance tracking, documentation, and timely escalation of key decisions.
