Job summary

RTX India Private Limited in Bengaluru ( onsite ) is seeking an Associate Manager - Projects to lead a team of project engineers across business units and drive key project management activities including risk, scope, stakeholder management, and earned value reporting. The role demands hands-on experience across software and hardware product development lifecycles and proposal submissions.

The candidate should have 10–12 years in design and development with 4–5 years in project management,

Qualifications

• BE / B-Tech / ME / M-Tech or equivalent degree in Electronics/Computer with experience in Product and Project Development.
• 10 to 12 year overall design and development experience with at least 4 to 5 years of project management experience preferably in safety critical systems like Aerospace or Automotive.
• Certifications Preferred: PMP Certification Agile/SAFE Certification

Responsibilities

• Manage team of Project engineers who support across Business Units.
• Should be well versed with hands on key project management areas like Risk Management, procurement, Scope & Stakeholder management
• Hands on experience in Earned value metrics to program office and other stakeholders
• Hands on experience in software and hardware Product development Life cycle
• Should have hands‑on experience on proposal preparation and submission
• Should have excellent written and verbal communication
• Should have experience working with cross functional teams and disciplines
• Experience working and collaborating with manufacturing and operations team would be a plus
• Familiarity with Aerospace (RTCA FAA) or Automotive design standards and techniques
• Proficient in MS Project Professional including resource loading and critical path analysis
• Knowledge on any product life cycle management tools
• Knowledge on reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI preferred
