Job summary

LINC Education is seeking an Associate – Program Operations to support delivery of academic support services across its global university partnerships.

You will collaborate with Program Managers, Account Managers, Academic teams, and university partners to monitor delivery, drive improvements, and ensure high-quality student experiences. This role suits someone from a Tier 1 college with 1–2 years in operations or PM in EdTech.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier 1 college.
• 1–2 years of experience in Operations or Program Management.
• EdTech Operations experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and handling ambiguity.
• Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of academic support services.
• Track daily, weekly and term-based operational objectives and deliverables.
• Manage end-to-end program operations and ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
• Support the development and improvement of SOPs, dashboards and operational processes.
• Analyse operational data and identify opportunities for process and service improvement.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
• Support the Program Manager in maintaining delivery standards and service excellence.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to meet client commitments.
• Contribute to improving student and university partner experience through effective program management.

About the Role

LINC Education is looking for a Associate – Program Operations to support the smooth and effective delivery of academic support services across our global university partnerships.

The role will work closely with Program Managers, Account Managers, Academic teams and global university stakeholders to manage day-to-day operations, monitor delivery, drive process improvements and ensure a high-quality experience for students and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of academic support services.
• Track daily, weekly and term-based operational objectives and deliverables.
• Manage end-to-end program operations and ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
• Support the development and improvement of SOPs, dashboards and operational processes.
• Analyse operational data and identify opportunities for process and service improvement.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
• Support the Program Manager in maintaining delivery standards and service excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier 1 college, preferably in Engineering, Technology, Science or another analytical discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Operations or Program Management.
• Prior experience in EdTech Operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Good to Have

• Experience working with global clients or international stakeholders.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Moodle, Canvas or Blackboard.
• Exposure to AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini.
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier or Make.
• Experience with Looker Studio or similar data visualisation tools.

Specific Requirements

• Location: Candidates based in Mumbai are preferred.
• Language: Proficiency in English is essential.
• Tools: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs and Drive).
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST, with flexibility when required to support global client time zones.
