Part Time Faculty - Supply Chain Management
As an experienced online educator (LINC Fellow), the candidate will work as an independent contractor of LINC and serve a diverse international student body for Masters‑level programs studying at premier Australian and Asian universities in the domains of Supply Chain/Operations. The educator will be responsible for day‑to‑day academic support and delivery, working under the guidance of an experienced university faculty member. Additionally, the LINC Fellow will receive specialized training and active mentorship from LINC’s team to excel at online teaching.

Part‑time (15–20 hours per week) with scheduled weekend availability. Educators will have flexibility to work from a location of their convenience.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject‑matter guidance to a group of 25–30 postgraduate online students.
- Support students in learning skills such as academic writing, research, and time management.
- Conduct 1:1 and small group tutoring sessions.
- Guide students on relevant reference material.
- Assess and provide long‑form feedback on assignments.
- Manage discussion forums.
- Offer proactive, prompt, and personalized support to student queries and issues.
- Interact promptly with students over email, calls, or online sessions from a convenient location.
- Ensure availability from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm Indian Standard Time, 7 days a week.
Desired Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master’s in Supply Chain/Operations with distinction or first class from a top university in India.
- At least 5+ years of overall work experience in the relevant domain or a related discipline within the last 10 years.
- Empathetic, ambitious, warm, and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse cultures.
- Proficiency in English, excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Possession of a working laptop and high‑speed (≥10 Mbps) stable internet connection.
- Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms for interacting with students (including host university LMS and LINCtrac; training provided).
