Job summary

HypTechie is seeking an Associate Program Manager to drive strategic planning and execution discipline across the Financial Services Business within the Tally Capital platform. You will oversee project roadmaps, track performance metrics, and ensure seamless execution across multiple workstreams.

The PMO will contribute to strategic research, thought leadership, and process improvements, with a focus on elevating operational efficiency and product scalability in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Define OKRs, track business performance, and align strategy with leadership vision.
• Develop project roadmaps, track progress, and resolve execution blockers.
• Work with the Head of Financial Services to define key business unit economics and scalability metrics.
• Engage with prospects and clarify queries about lending products or processes.
• Coordinate with partners and partner resources for leads and product/process questions.
• Coordinate with the backend financial analyst for queries raised by Tally or lenders.
• Advocate customer requirements and suggest process improvements.
• Provide research-based recommendations on market trends and competitive landscape.
• Develop SOPs for operational processes, reporting frameworks, and ground-level insights.
• Establish end-to-end execution framework for launching new products.

• Advocating the requirements of the customer and making suggestions for improvement in processes.
• Research-based recommendations on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
• SOPs for operational processes, reporting frameworks, and ground-level insights.
• End-to-end execution framework for launching new products.
