Job summary

Blinkit is hiring an Associate Program Manager to join our In-Store Operations team in India. You will help drive execution, smooth in-store processes, and rollout scalable workflows across stores.

You will own end-to-end program execution from planning to on-ground implementation and work closely with cross-functional teams to remove bottlenecks and improve throughput in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Google Sheets with advanced formulas and data analysis.
• Experience writing and executing SQL queries.
• Experience using AI tools to boost productivity and decision-making.
• Strong execution focus with keen attention to detail.
• Comfort handling a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
