Job summary

Pine Labs is seeking a Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage a portfolio of projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment. You will define project teams, plan activities, document progress, track delivery, and coordinate with training and support groups to ensure successful rollout and ongoing communications.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of proven experience in technical development/testing/integration or application support and project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration and managerial skills including the ability to motivate others.
• Ability to work well with others and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels and in diverse environments.
• Ability to manage project risks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to tailor communication style to different audiences, and to exercise good judgment in frequency and nature of communications to different parties.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Launch new customers through requirement gathering, defining solution and technical integration.
• Post customer launch support and ongoing engagement for new feature requests/enhancements.
• Project control: Manage changes, risks, scope, cost, quality, communications, time, and procurement.
• Create a program tracking tool as well as manage, update, and report on programs on a regular basis.

Job description

Program Manager plans, coordinates, executes and manages a portfolio of projects. The Program Manager actively leads all aspects of the projects from start to finish, including project team definition, project planning, documentation, project execution, tracking, reporting, rollout, interfaces with training and support groups, and program communication.

• Actively involved in all aspects of a portfolio of projects working through multiple internal and external stakeholders from start to finish including:


• Launch new customers through requirement gathering, defining solution and technical integration


• Post customer launch support and ongoing engagement for new feature requests/enhancements


• Project control: Manage changes, risks, scope, cost, quality, communications, time, and procurement.


• Create a program tracking tool as well as manage, update, and report on programs on a regular basis.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

• 3 to 6 years of proven experience in technical development/testing/integration or application support and project management experience
